   Ann Brandau Murguia

Biography:
Ann Brandau Murguia has professional experience in community development work.  She worked at CHWC, Inc. for 4-1/2 years, first as Director of Development then as Chief Operating Officer. While there she developed strategies to streamline operations, improve cash flow and improve community organization in CHWC’s service area, managed funding requests as well as compliance with funders’ requests and building requirements.  For 3 years prior to that she was the Argentine Community Organizer for El Centro, Inc.  She received her MBA from Baker University.  She is a resident of Argentine and an active volunteer in neighborhood activities.

Operations Manager
Therese M Gardner

Biography:
Therese Gardner worked for the Wyandotte County District Court as the Case Management Unit supervisor until she retired in March 2007.  She has a Master Degree in Administration of Justice from Wichita State University.  She has been involved with many home renovations and the construction of an apartment building with her husband in a rental housing business. She is a lifelong resident of Kansas City, Kansas.

Evelyn Larson

Biography:
Evelyn is a life long resident of East Argentine with a rich knowledge of its history and residents.  She was employed in the USD 500 school system and worked in the schools in the Argentine neighborhood.  She is retired from USD 500 and is now a very valuable addition to the ANDA staff.
