    In the summer of 2009, an ANDA employee was asked by a lady at her church if she knew how she might get help with her home.  The employee knew about a program called ECAN Weatherization through her work at ANDA and took the weatherization papers to the lady.  She helped her fill out the papers and send them in.  ECAN Weatherization employees have measured the lady's basement for a new furnace.  The new furnace will be installed soon and the home insulated.  They will probably also get new windows for their home.  This home is not in ANDA’s service area, but the ANDA employee felt the need to try to help.
