	ANDA's Board of Directors manages and controls ANDA's affairs. The job of the Board of the Directors is to represent the residents of the Argentine Neighborhood and demanding appropriate organizational performance. Each board member is expected to participate in board meetings, responsibly review and process issues before the Board of Directors and volunteer work for ANDA between meetings. President The President presides at all meetings of the Board of Directors and has general supervision, direction and control of ANDA's business. The President has the authority to represent the organization to outside parties in announcing board-stated positions and in stating presidential decision and interpertations within the area delgated to the President. Treasurer The Treasurer is the chief financial officer. The Treasurer has custody of the corporate funds and securities and keeps a full and accurate account of receipts, disbursements, and books belonging to ANDA. The Treasurer deposits all monies and other valuables in the name and to the credit of ANDA in such despositories as may be designated by the Board of Directors and has such other powers and duties as shall from time to time be conferred by the Board of Directors. Secretary The Secretary attends meetings of the Board of Directors, acts as clerk thereof, records all votes and keeps a record of all proceedigns in a book to be kept for that purpose. The Secretary also performs like duties for all committees of the Board when required.
