      ANDA’s operations include accounting, communications, fund development and strategic planning, investment in staff, temporary work assistance, and a summer youth program.

            Though we must have funding to operate, we believe ANDA has made a great effort to control operational inefficiencies and invests most of the funding back into the community.  ANDA does this by contracting with a not-for-profit organization called Support Kansas City, which provides accounting, bookkeeping and grant writing services.  The Executive Director is the only full-time staff person and with two part-time assistants, which are paid hourly for specific projects.
