     ANDA is a Community Development Corporation (CDC) and a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO).  Our mission is to promote the revitalization of the Argentine community. We are a Kansas non-profit corporation which is certified as a tax-exempt 501c3 organization by the IRS.  The business of the corporation is managed by a 9-member board of directors who serve without compensation.  It currently has two full-time staff and a part-time staff member and pursues its business activities with partnerships and collaborations with a variety of independent contractors.  ANDA’s products include housing, infrastructure, community organizing support, blight reduction and business development.  Though we must have funding to operate, we believe ANDA has made a great effort to control operational inefficiencies and invests most of the funding back into the community
