Homeowners living in the Argentine neighborhood have been assisted with needed home repairs.  ANDA was able to assist one homeowner with a failing stone retaining wall with a re-grade to the hillside.

     Another homeowner needed to replace the failing wood decking of their front porch without the resources to have the work done themselves.  ANDA was able to find a contractor to repair the porch and paid for the work.

     There have been several homeowners without the resources to pay for home repairs that have been assisted by ANDA.  One homeowner with a failing retaining wall that threatened the stability of the home’s foundation received a new retaining wall through a donation sought after by ANDA.  Mark DeCoursey, Big Block, Inc., and Darren O’Rourke, D.A.O. Excavating donated the materials and labor to tear out the failing retaining wall and build a very sturdy Big Block wall.
